Qualifications

• 2–4 years in revenue cycle management or insurance billing (claims-focused).
• Understanding of medical billing and insurance claims processing.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and process complex fertility-related claims per policy.
• Identify denials, underpayments, and overpayments.
• Prepare and submit timely appeals to payers.
• Communicate with insurance representatives to follow up on appeals.
• Identify patterns in denials and escalate issues.
• Verify member eligibility ahead of and during processing.
• Coordinate prior authorizations for fertility coverage.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for Revenue Cycle Management.
