Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Emerging Payment Rails to lead solutioning and define tailored client solutions in partnership with Sales. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into implementable designs for key client relationships and prospect opportunities.

• Experience building trusted relationships with Sales Managers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, defining and configuring optimal solutions.
• Serves as a SME on defined products with deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling on product knowledge.

As a Product Solutions Manager in Emerging Payment Rails, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.

Job responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
• Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
• Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
• Subject matter expertise within the Emerging Payment Rail (Real Time Payments, Disbursements to Debit Card, Zelle, PayPal & Venmo, Prepaid Card, and Pay by Bank) with the ability to translate scheme rules and client needs into implementable designs
• Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with Payment Sales Managers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption and decision making
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences with strong presentation and communication skills
• Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization

• Experience in leveraging a robust internal and client network to anticipate needs, remove blockers, and sustain momentum from pre-sales through post-launch
• Involvement in payments, liquidity, acquiring, and/or treasury products
