Truist in Atlanta is seeking a Programs Manager for the Payments early career program. You will own the single-cohort experience, align to Treasury Sales, product, and client coverage, and translate priorities into an effective curriculum and participant journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years of management experience in financial services.
• Experience in campus recruiting and talent development preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payments early career program as the single-cohort experience.
• Design curriculum spanning Payments foundations, products, economics, risk, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with product, sales, strategy, risk, and business leaders to keep content current.
• Develop and monitor measures of success and dashboards for program impact.
• Manage end-to-end talent pipeline, onboarding, rotations, and post-program placement.
