Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Banking to enhance how products are delivered to customers and to drive new product assessments, change governance, and pre–go-live approvals for feature, segment, and country launches.

The role focuses on orchestrating end-to-end delivery processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory requirements across a major financial services platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Leads completion of change management activities across functional partners ensuring risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Own change governance for the roadmap, driving end-to-end NPA and PSCM execution across features, segments, and country launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to complete feature ratification and document risk dispositioning decisions.
• Translate dispositions into tracked actions with owners and dates, managing dependencies, risks, and escalations to keep releases on plan.
• Define, collect, validate, and maintain audit-ready evidence for each disposition, ensuring quality and traceability.
• Ensure pre–go-live readiness and closure with all required approvals, evidence, and sign-offs.
