Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Analyst to install, configure, and deploy Stripe, Equinox, and Verifone payment devices at various locations in the United States. The role includes device staging, firmware upgrades, and ongoing configuration management to ensure reliable payment processing.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate with network and security teams, and provide both remote and on-site support to airports, branches, and business sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience installing and deploying Stripe, Equinox, and Verifone terminals.
• Proficient in device staging, firmware and software updates, and configuration management.
• Experience with payment devices, POS systems, and connectivity to payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy payment devices across locations.
• Perform firmware upgrades and maintain device lifecycle records.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on payment devices.
• Provide remote and on-site support to multiple business locations.
