The role supports pensioned and external payer accounts while balancing daily cash activity. The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least one year of cash-handling experience in a professional setting; banking or cashier experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Banking or cashier experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Post all cash received to the correct patient or third‑party account accurately and on time.
• Post and balance live bank deposits daily.
• Balance and reconcile bank deposits each day before close.
• Process credit card payments for insurers and patients.
• Research unapplied/suspense cash and resolve posting issues.
• Complete ERA/EFT documentation for new payors.
