The Global Payments team enables players to seamlessly purchase digital content, services, and hardware across PlayStation commerce experiences. As part of the broader Global Payments and Fraud Management organization, we partner cross-functionally to optimize approval rates, reduce fraud, and introduce new payment methods across global markets.
As a Payments Analyst reporting to the Global Payment Analytics & Operations Manager in San Diego, you will support the growth and performance of PlayStation's global Payments ecosystem. You will analyze transaction data, monitor key performance metrics, and find opportunities to improve payment performance and customer experience. Using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake, you will generate insights, build reporting solutions, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the business.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in digital payments and e-commerce.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. The base pay range for this role is $110,500 - $165,700 USD. This role is eligible for SIE’s top‑tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program, and employee discounts for Sony products. This role may also be eligible for a bonus package.
