Child Development Associates, Inc. (CDA) is a community nonprofit serving families and children. The Payment Assistant will perform clerical duties to support program and fiscal operations, manage data reports, verify documents, and assist families, providers, and staff with inquiries.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule, offering an hourly rate of $25.36 (about $52,748.80 annually) and benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education or experience matching the listed knowledge and abilities.
• 1 year preferred or completion of an office clerical program.
• Spanish/bilingual preferred; familiarity with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, collects, and distributes departmental data reports according to policies.
• Reviews forms and documents for thoroughness and completion.
• Prepares, verifies, scans documents in the electronic document system.
• Handles calls, emails, and walk-ins with excellent customer service.
• Performs basic payment calculations to communicate reimbursements to providers.
