Med-Metrix seeks a Supervisor, Payment Variance Follow Up to mentor Underpayment Analysts and Follow-up Representatives, ensuring accurate variance analyses and timely recovery processes. This role will coordinate with the Managed Care Services Manager to optimize productivity and reporting.

• Leadership experience in supervising teams
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and evaluate Underpayment Analysts and Follow-up Representatives
• Perform payment variance analysis to identify trends in underpaid claims
• Identify and report underpayments and denial trends
• Analyze and resolve issues causing payer payment delays including billing errors
• Manage team productivity to achieve departmental goals
• Provide orientation and career coaching to new and existing staff
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all duties
• Prepare client reporting packages and update clients on project status
