The Opportunity
  • Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Payment Strategy & Operations (Q/H), you will complete the QCard and HSN Card payment strategy roadmap and provide performance insights based on historical and predictive analytics from internal and external sources. You will support strategies for long-term customer loyalty to the QVC Group through acquisition, growth, and retention. The role will have a direct impact on our Private Label Credit Card (PLCC).
  • This position is hybrid-remote (4-6 times a month in our West Chester, PA office).

Your Impact
  • Provide reporting, insights, and trend analysis to internal and external partners to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities within each PLCC program to guide cardholder acquisition, increase existing customer spend, and reactivate lapsed customers for QVC and HSN brands.
  • Develop analytics to support fact-based business cases and recommendations for marketing campaigns and projects, utilizing data from internal reports and partners such as Data Science, Consumer Insights, Planning, and Synchrony Bank.
  • Identify and recommend creative solutions to address PLCC performance gaps.
  • Monitor trends in PLCC programs/campaigns across channels (conversion, customer journey flows, errors, friction points, complaints) to ensure sales and ROI are optimized.
  • Implement ad-hoc projects like improving data source efficiencies between QVC/HSN and Synchrony.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years supporting Acquisition and Lifecycle marketing (mass and targeted marketing).
  • 3+ years deriving insights from research and analysis.
  • 3+ years developing plans/roadmaps for Finance or Marketing leadership.
  • Experience in retail/consumer goods environments.
  • Experience in consumer insights functions.
