Hyundai Capital America is hiring a Payment Servicing Associate to support the processing of requests across channels within established SLAs while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will respond to emails, track KPIs, and collaborate with QA to maintain service quality.

The role offers a pathway to a hybrid schedule after six months of full-time in-office work. The ideal candidate has at least one year in a customer service role, strong 10-keyData entry capability, and solid communication

What You Will Do

The Payment Servicing Associate is primarily responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCA's timeframes, KPI's and adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, as well as compliance.

How You Will Make an Impact

Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs. Respond to emails and various escalated account issues within the assigned SLA. Track productivity and provide status updates for KPI's. Work with QA team to ensure Productivity, Quality, Compliance standards are met. Generate letters, send and retain documents as requested to ensure accuracy per HCA's policy and procedures while being compliant. May contact insurance companies and body shops to obtain information regarding insurance issues.

Please note: This position requires full-time, in-office attendance during the first six months of employment. Following the initial six-month period, employees may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule consisting of one week in the office followed by one week working remotely, subject to business needs and management approval.

What You Will Bring to the Role

Minimum 1 year working in a customer service role in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency in 10-key data entry. Auto finance experience a plus. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization. Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and self-starter. Proven ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment. Ability to represent the company while interfacing with insurance companies, body shops, etc. Agile and can successfully adjust to changing priorities to meet business demand. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of general office equipment. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences. Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
