The Payment Servicing Associate is primarily responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, KPI’s and adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, as well as compliance.
Please note: This position requires full-time, in-office attendance during the first six months of employment. Following the initial six-month period, employees may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule consisting of one week in the office followed by one week working remotely, subject to business needs and management approval.
Minimum 1 year working in a customer service role in a fast‑paced office environment.
Auto finance experience a plus.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization.
Self‑motivated, professional demeanor, and self‑starter.
Proven ability to multi‑task, pay close attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment.
Ability to represent the company while interfacing with insurance companies, body shops, etc.
Agile and can successfully adjust to changing priorities to meet business demand.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of general office equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
