United Surgical Partners International (USPI) Roswell Surgery Center is hiring a Payment Posting Specialist. You will post payments, reconcile accounts, and manage insurance claim follow-ups in a fast-paced orthopedic ambulatory setting.

The role requires experience with healthcare insurance collections, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a Business Office team. Excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years previous healthcare collections experience, preferably in ambulatory surgical setting.
• Experience with Advantx patient accounting system.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• CASCC credential or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Post all payments and adjustments in the patient accounting system daily.
• Reconcile daily and monthly postings for accuracy.
• Enter notes and provide copies of EOBs, denials and correspondence to Collector.
• Balance cash/deposits and postings; ensure daily balance.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
• Assist with accounts payable and vendor payments as needed.
