As a Payment Integrity Analytics Senior Analyst at Gainwell, you will use technology to help our clients improve health outcomes for vulnerable communities. Collaborate with a team dedicated to innovative healthcare solutions. Here are the details:

Your role in our mission

• Plan and conduct statistical and epidemiological analysis of healthcare data supporting Gainwell’s mission, vision, and values.
• Design and analyze healthcare databases using SQL, PowerBI, or other statistical tools for multiple projects.
• Serve as an analytical resource within multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide input on payment integrity model design, sampling methodology, analysis, and reporting.
• Focus on complex projects.
• Develop data formatting and cleaning criteria from various sources.
• Coordinate data across platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports and presentations on analytic methods and results.
• Perform ad hoc data analyses for hospitals, clinicians, and internal clients.
• Mentor junior team members.

What we are looking for

• Apply statistical methods to identify potential FWA activity using healthcare claims data (4+ years).
• Prepare reports and presentations documenting analytic methods and results (4+ years).
• Work on complex projects to identify and validate new FWA detection models and methods (4+ years).

What you should expect in this role

• Fully remote position within the United States.
• Occasional travel (0-10%).
• Video cameras are required during interviews and the first week of orientation.
