Job summary
PacificSource seeks a Payment Integrity Analytics Specialist to transform complex claims data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports to monitor recoveries, savings, and performance while supporting FWA prevention and vendor oversight.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare analytics or related experience.
- Experience with claims data, reimbursement trends, and payment integrity.
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain payment integrity dashboards and reports.
- Analyze claims, provider data, and reimbursements for opportunities.
- Track recoveries, cost avoidance, savings, and performance metrics.
- Support audit targeting and external reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve access to data.
- Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
