Job summary

PacificSource seeks an experienced healthcare analytics professional to develop dashboards and scorecards, monitor financial and operational metrics, and analyze claims data for opportunities and trends. The role supports fraud detection, vendor performance, and data-driven leadership decisions.

Qualifications include 3+ years in healthcare analytics, familiarity with claims processing and reimbursement, and proficiency in Excel with SQL/BI tools. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute payment integrity dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Track and monitor recoveries, cost avoidance, savings, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Analyze claims, provider, reimbursement, and audit data for opportunities and trends.
• Support fraud, waste, and abuse detection through data analysis and reporting.
• Validate vendor performance and reported recoveries and contractual measures.
