O-I in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Paymaster/Plant HR Generalist to manage staffing, payroll, performance management, and employee development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will partner with plant leadership, support onboarding, benefits, training, and labor relations in applicable unionized settings, while maintaining records and staying active on the plant floor to deliver hands-on HR support.

The Paymaster/Plant HR Generalistwill assist in the execution of staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning. This hands-on position is responsible for driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000and includes a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
