Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Payload Systems Engineer to lead the development of non-traditional resiliency payloads in Chantilly, VA. This full-time role involves coordinating engineering activities and performing mission analysis, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in engineering.

The successful candidate will engage in cross-organizational integration while ensuring next-generation payload capabilities are developed and matured. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S citizenship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with satellite payloads design and on-orbit operations.
• Ability to travel domestically approximately once a month.
