Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Payload I&T Engineer to lead integration and test activities for satellite payloads, ground gateway, and customer terminals. You will define tests, execute, optimize, and report results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a senior member of the Payload Integration and Test team, you will verify and validate end-to-end functionality, troubleshoot issues, and document verification matrices while coordinating with software,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of satellite and/or cellular lab testing experience.
• Experience with test development in Python or similar language.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute a test campaign with functionality and performance, coordinating with systems, hardware, and software teams.
• End to end functional and performance testing for ground equipment, satellite, customer terminals and cloud services.
• Expand test coverage in lab by integrating with test equipment and collaborating with vendors.
• Troubleshoot deeply: collect data, analyze log files, root cause.
• Troubleshoot and root cause MAC to application layer throughput degradation and packet losses.
• Draft and maintain test verification matrix, status tracking, and test runs for records.
