What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute end-to-end management of sales opportunities in Salesforce related to payer contracts
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking in alignment with field teams and internal stakeholders
- Communicate updates on document status and client sales activities to the field team
- Perform necessary updates in Salesforce to facilitate contracting stages
- Provide interdepartmental project support as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and updating data in a CRM, such as Salesforce.com
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, field, operations, and contracting teams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel 10% of the time for team/company meetings
