Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare IT experience with payer integration.
• Strong C# / .NET development experience.
• Hands-on data solutions with MongoDB and Azure Blob Storage.
• Experience deploying cloud workloads on Azure (Container Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, APIM).
• HL7 FHIR R4 and ASC X12 knowledge for payer data exchange.
• Experience building healthcare integration solutions that are secure and compliant.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy HL7 FHIR APIs and ASC X12 transactions using C# / .NET.
• Design and manage data persistence with MongoDB and Azure Blob Storage.
• Develop scalable cloud-based solutions using core Azure services.
• Build secure data exchange pipelines supporting payer interoperability and workflows.
• Use VS Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and integration logic.
• Manage source code through GitHub with code reviews and branching strategies.
• Automate builds, tests, and deployments using Azure DevOps / CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare integration requirements.
