Formación

• 4+ years of Enrollment Experience required, preferably in a FQHC/CVO setting.
• Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Prioritizing and organizing assignments; handle multiple, simultaneous, competing projects.
• Proficient computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CL Directors/Managers to obtain temporary/permanent region assignment for overflow tasks.
• Meet with CRD/CRMs to understand current status of clients and execute solutions.
• Engage with CRMs to understand root causes and coordinate with CRD/VP CR for next steps.
• Train and mentor staff as appropriate.
• Process overflow/priority provider and location enrollment applications, payer deactivations, etc.
• Identify areas for operational improvement.
