Job summary

Priority Management Group (PMG Credentialing, Inc.) is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support enrollment applications, Medicaid revalidations, and payer deactivations within PMG Credentialing, Inc. The role collaborates with CRD/CRM staff and external vendors to gather information and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of enrollment experience, preferably in FQHC/CVO settings, and strong computer skills for email, databases, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Enrollment Experience required, preferably in a FQHC/CVO setting.

Responsibilities

• Processing overflow/priority provider and location enrollment applications, payer deactivations (terminated providers).
• Attesting to all directories and updating Licensures with Medicaid where applicable.
• Updating CAQH with updated licenses, Medicare, and Medicaid numbers.
• Managing follow-up assigned to an escalation task.
• Training and mentoring staff, as appropriate.
