Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports supporting operations and projects. You will build dashboards and visualizations, monitor KPIs, and ensure data accuracy across multiple databases.

The role requires proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, with 3+ years in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics. Collaborative, cross-functional work with IT and stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
• Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying and reporting software.
• Bachelor's level degree (Required)

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support business operations and special projects.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and trends.
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data and translate findings for stakeholders.
• Assist in development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems and reporting tools.
• Document business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
