Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst for Payer Escalations to design and analyze data-driven reports that enable informed decisions across business operations. You will build dashboards and visualizations, monitor KPIs, and ensure data accuracy across multiple data sources.

Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau is expected, along with 3+ years in business analysis and reporting. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a focus on data-driven problem solving.

• Experience with large datasets and multiple databases.
• Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying and reporting software.
