Job summary

Exceed Healthcare is seeking a Network Provider Enrollment Specialist in Irving, TX. You will manage credentialing and enrollment processes, maintain provider data, and ensure payer compliance across multiple payers and databases.

Collaborate with internal teams and payers to resolve issues, track licensure and certifications, and support seamless provider enrollment workflows. A background in healthcare admin and knowledge of CAQH/PECOS is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in payer credentialing, medical staff services, or healthcare administration.
• Previous experience working with insurance payers, networks, and credentialing software is a plus.
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or similar credentialing certification (optional, but preferred)
• Membership in professional organizations such as NAMSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing and enrollment processes for clients.
• Maintain provider data and submit enrollment applications.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and licensure tracking.
• Collaborate with payers, external vendors, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.
• Manage provider information in credentialing databases and ensure data accuracy.
