Miami Neuroscience Institute Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Payer Operations Analyst to lead system-wide payer performance analytics and negotiations, leveraging BI tools and contract modeling to inform leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Decision Support, Strategy, and Revenue Cycle to produce timely reports on payer trends, rates, and budgets, supporting negotiations with data-driven recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or health services.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial and data analytics.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• Experience with contract modeling systems (FinThrive, Epic Contract Modeling).
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement payer analytics reports for commercial and government payers.
• Perform intricate financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track statewide and national managed care payer trends to inform strategies.
• Support managed care negotiations with timely analytics for leadership.
• Produce reports on payer rates, charge master changes, and payer policies.
• Assist with yearly managed care budget analysis.
