Job summary

Citi is seeking an exceptional Director of Payables Finance Fee Income & Infrastructure Monetization to drive a transformative growth agenda within our Payables Finance business. This leader will scale fee income from the current $100MM+ baseline to a diversified, multi-product revenue engine by leveraging Citi’s world-class infrastructure across non-credit consuming payables solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in trade finance, payables finance, or related transaction banking products.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and P&L management with scale.
• Deep expertise in non-credit consuming payables solutions and platform-based models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for non-credit Payables Finance solutions.
• Develop monetization strategies and pricing to expand fee income and profitability.
• Manage partnerships and alliances with fintechs and platforms to accelerate time-to-market.
• Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and dashboards to track growth and profitability.
• Oversee governance for product approvals, pricing, and onboarding.
