Job summary

Staples is seeking a warehouse associate to join our supply chain team in Greencastle. You may work as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, adapting to daily needs while maintaining safety and accuracy.

We offer a structured pay for performance model with a base rate of $22.20/hour (includes $1.25/hour shift differential) and opportunities for overtime based on business needs. Benefits available for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Basic counting and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to work with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Must follow safety procedures and policies.
• Capable of working in a warehouse with temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves and prep area for next shift.
• Select and pack merchandise and move totes/cases to conveyor.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
