Job summary

Staples is seeking a warehouse associate to join our world-class supply chain team. You will contribute in one of several roles—Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian—while meeting daily productivity goals and upholding safety standards.

We offer pay for performance with additional compensation opportunities. The role supports Staples' customer commitments and may involve varying shifts and tempsensitive tasks. Full-time and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic.
• Inclusive collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to follow safety procedures rapidly and consistently.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Operate in one of four roles: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector or Custodian, performing duties safely and accurately.
• Prepare and pack customer orders to meet daily production goals.
• Restock shelves, scan labels, and prep workspace for next shift.
• Move totes and cases, handle merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
