Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor in Kettering, OH to lead daily store operations and deliver neighborly service to customers and their pets. You’ll work with store leaders to reinforce PSP standards, supervise the team, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and reinforce PSP standards and daily management routines.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times a week.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security in-store.
• Assist with back-office tasks like price changes and cashier records.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and staff development.
