Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment, including a forklift, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing products and provide neighborly service.
• Greet weekly regulars and engage with pets.
• Demonstrate basic pet care tasks and customer education.
• Support store leaders by reinforcing daily operations and standards.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Willingness to perform nail trims on pets.
