EZPAWN is seeking Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members in Lawrence, IN. The role offers hands-on customer service, sales processing, and loan transactions within a fast-paced pawn environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Willing to pass a background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans, and extensions.
