Job summary

EZPAWN Indiana, Inc. is hiring entry-level team members to assist customers with sales and pawn transactions in our Lawrence, IN store.

Start as a Trainee in our 5-week paid training program, earn a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion, with opportunities to advance to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, perform opening and closing duties, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (after offer).
• Adhere to all Company policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
