Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is seeking entry-level Full-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store team nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain a well-organized sales floor while earning hourly pay plus commission opportunities.

The role supports a comprehensive benefits package, earned wage access and a 401(k) plan, with schedules designed around store hours. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage to drive sales and financial solutions.
• Process sales, loans and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Answer calls and assist with customer inquiries and requests.
• Communicate clearly with customers about pawn and buy transactions.
