Qualifications

• Passion for customer service with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals.
• Experience with pawn or loan products is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to offer appropriate pawns or items for sale.
• Process sales, loans, extensions, and keep accurate records.
• Assist with opening and closing store duties and daily cash handling.
• Provide friendly, respectful service and maintain store appearance.
