EZCORP, Inc. is hiring for the Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) role in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Start as a trainee in a 5-week paid training program with a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker on completion, plus ongoing certification and pay growth opportunities. The position offers uncapped monthly bonus potential, free health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and a store discount.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.
