EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Oklahoma City to help customers with sales and pawn transactions in a fast-paced store. Training program offers a raise after 5 weeks and potential promotion to Pawnbroker; certification program adds more pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well independently and as a team
• Ability to multitask
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (post-offer)
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items; sales background a plus
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions
