EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced store. You will process sales and pawn transactions, assist customers, and participate in a structured career path including training and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience is required.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process sales and pawn loans.
• Handle loans, extensions, and store transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily store operations.
• Promote and participate in training programs and career paths within EZCORP.
