Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid program and earn a $.50 raise, with promotion to Pawnbroker after completion. The role offers uncapped bonus potential, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.

You will interact with customers daily, process sales and pawn items, and grow into leadership through the Certification Program and Lead Pawnbroker tracks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
