EZCORP is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to lead daily customer interactions, manage sales and pawn items, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment. The role offers a paid 5-week training program with a $.50 raise on completion and a path to higher roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
