EZCORP, Inc. in Denton, TX is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). Start as a trainee in a 5-week paid training, with raises to Pawnbroker upon completion and a path to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and engaging with them in person or by phone.
