EZCORP, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members for EZPawn stores. Earn $14.00–$15.00 per hour depending on experience, with a 5-week paid training program and opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker and Lead Pawnbroker roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
