Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a computer and POS system.
• Available for retail hours including evenings and weekends.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
• Ask questions, listen, and assess what customers want.
• Evaluate items and determine loan or value.
• Explain pawn loan terms clearly.
• Sell merchandise and protect store cash and merchandise.
