FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries while delivering excellent service.

Earn 2–8% commission on gross profit in addition to the hourly wage. Comprehensive benefits and a flexible retail schedule are provided, with opportunities for growth and certification as needed.

Formación

• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport to better provide and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Processes sales, loans, and other transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Assists customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Collaborates with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes training and other duties as assigned.
