Smart Pawn & Jewelry in Charlottesville, VA is hiring an entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawnbroker team. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and assist with inquiries in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
