Pet Supplies Plus is hiring Experienced Groomers to join our team in Michigan. You will provide grooming services, follow breed standards, and ensure safety and welfare of pets while delivering friendly, neighborly service.

Responsibilities include grooming, customer interaction, and community outreach. Strong candidates will have 1+ year grooming experience, own equipment, and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year grooming experience with formal training/certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services (brush, bath, conditioning).
• Groom and style pets per owner instruction or breed standards.
• Ensure wellness and safety of furry patrons at all times.
• Develop long-term relationships with pet parents and recommend products/services.
• Community outreach to attract new neighbors into our store.
• Complete Safety Training certification.
• Maintain a clean grooming environment and assist during downtime.
• Continually develop grooming skills and techniques for career growth.
