Formación

• 3+ years of asphalt/paving experience or equivalent training.
• DOT experience preferred.
• Solid record-keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety of crew members and the public.
• Train and mentor asphalt foremen and crew members.
• Plan and coordinate logistics, including material flow.
• Monitor job sites for compliance and resource optimization.
• Direct activities to meet production goals.

High School diploma or GED
