Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising field crew and project operations.
• Help develop a site logistics plan with the project manager to determine method and sequencing of construction.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Promote a safe working environment and company safety standards with knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Confer with supervisory/engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve methods.
• Drive schedule in line with planned work.
• Inspect and verify receipt or shipment of materials.
• Perform maintenance needs from client work orders and complete repairs onsite.
• Offer service and customer assistance during site visits.
