Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Superintendentfor ourPaving Group in Winter Haven, FL.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in supervis ing all field crew members including foreman , carpenters, laborers etc. and project operations.
• Help d evelop a project site logistics plan and work with project manager to determine method and sequencing of construction. Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner , subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate and promote safe working environment and company safety standards, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Confer with supervisory/engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers of tools/materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.
• Drive s chedule in accordance with planned work.
• Inspect and verify the receipt or shipment of materials.
• Preform maintenance needs from client work orders & c omplete repairs onsite.
• Offer service and customer assistance during site visits.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 + years of related experience with paving/concrete
